Contractors and other NGO employees:

We cannot answer questions related to contractors, since they, as NGO employees, are not directly covered by the Standardized Regulations.  They should review their contract and communicate directly with the contracting representative for assistance with questions on allowable expenses. Other NGOs' employees should check on allowances policy with their management.
